Confini sfumati.

In most cases the MR job coach learns the job and performs the job for the employer for a brief time before bringing the client to the work site. When the special worker arrives at the job, the MR job coach is there until it is certain that the individual can perform the job without constant supervision. This process can take weeks or months depending on the individual and the severity of the disability. The MR job coach returns on a regular basis to check on the individual and his or her job performance.
